NV Amelia Pinot Noir Chardonnay has a fine bead and pale hue. Yeasty characters on the nose with fine citrus acidity, silky bubbles and crisp green apple on the palate. All complimented with a long clean finish. Our beautiful sparkling white is made in the traditional method from Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, the three grape varieties traditionally used in French champagne, and aged on lees for 24 months to enhance its complexity. Named ‘Amelia’ in honour of Sandy’s mother, Amelia Thomas.
